- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Allegro Knoxville Music Studio we try to keep our prices affordable for our students. We offer semi-private lessons which is two students/ 2 teachers (instructor and theory teacher) for 65.00 a month. Private lessons are 81.00 a month. We offer two free trial lessons just to come in and meet with us and see if we are the right studio for your family.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule a free trial lesson. Then when the student comes in we like to get to know our student and let them know more about us and how the studio works and see if they have any questions. We like to go ahead at the first lesson and start teaching them skills and songs. At the end of the first lesson we will go ahead and schedule the second trial lesson.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes I am constantly researching new ways and techniques to teach and inspire my students. I attend webinars and workshops for continuing education.
