- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing for property management services are as follows: Whether for a lease only or monthly management the fee is 100 % of the first month's rent. There's a 10% monthly management fee for rents $1350 per month or less or for 1 to 4 units managed. I offer a 8% monthly management fee for rents $1350 or higher or for 5 or more units managed. I Do NOT charge a separate fee or additional charges for maintenance call, repairs made or for collecting rents.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process when working with a new customer would be to determine if what they need, I am able to provide the services. Once that has been determined I will ask questions about the property. Next, paperwork will be filled out and submitted back. We then schedule the appointment to view the property, to discuss repairs (if needed). Determine the amount of potential rents, take pictures and lastly get the property entered in the system to start marketing.

I have 3 years boots on the ground of property management experience.
