- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. Continuing education is a big part of my job. I am constantly attending seminars, webinars and reading real estate publications to stay on top on new and changing trends. I am always looking for new and creative ways to market and advertise. I have a secret love of technology and constantly find new ways to utilize it in my business.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Born and raised in Knoxville, TN, I began my real estate career in 2005 when I wanted to pass along my love of the East, TN area to others. Ever since, Ive been dedicated to helping buyers and sellers succeed with their real estate needs. Real estate gave me an opportunity to own my own business while helping clients navigate the real estate market.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We help home buyers with not only purchasing their home but locating the home based on their description, getting home inspections lined up, helping them get set up with a lender, getting the appraisal completed, recommending repairs based on the home inspection results, making sure they do not over pay for the home, etc. Then we make sure to follow up after the sale on a consistent bases to make sure they are happy and see if there is ever anything we can do. We also help home sellers get their home sold. In a summary this is what we do to help them get their home sold. We help them get their home ready to sell. We then hire a professional photographer and a professional videographer for the home and marketing material. We put their home on the MLS and over 5000 other websites. We do international marketing. We have been utilizing the power of social media and have actually sold over 7 homes just this year straight from our social media advertising without them even hitting the MLS. There is not another real estate agent or team in Knoxville who can say they have done this. We just make sure to get the job done and to get it done right and make sure the clients are updated every step of the way. Long story short, we treat our clients the exact same way we would want to be treated!
