- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Falcon Roofing has very competitive pricing. We are very thorough in the sales process to make sure the customer understands what they are paying for so whenever the get other estimates they can compare apples to apples. Quality, certified craftsmanship is never going to be the cheapest upfront, but will always be the cheapest option in the long run due to the longevity of the roofing system and the guarantees we provide in our warranties.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we initially meet the customer at their property to find out their specific needs and wants for the project. After obtaining all the required measurements, we then explain the install process and go over each component of the roofing system. We go over the samples, the warranties and then the contract, putting all concerns to rest. We would give the customer a time frame for the completion of work and keep them updated every step of the way. If for whatever reason they need to contact the owner throughout this process, they will have the owners cell phone number to be able to reach them day or night as customer satisfaction is our upmost importance!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in the roofing industry for most of my adult life. I am certified to install roofing systems with the largest roofing manufacturers in the country. This allows me to provide the industries best product and labor warranties on the market, giving the homeowner piece of mind knowing that they'll never need to come out of pocket for their roof again.
