I have been having trouble with my roof for a long time and had several contractors look at the issue...its a problem roof with several slopes ending in a dead valley between two rooms. There was a leak between the rooms. I had been told everything from build a new roof to cut a seam between the rooms...none seemed practical. I decided to try again and went to Angies List, checked the reviews and began calling. I received a call back from Jordan with Innovative Roofing and Siding that day. Jordan came to my house, spend a lot of time on the roof and designed a simple, practical solution to my headache. Within the week, the roofing crew arrived. When we checked their progress about mid morning, they had removed much more roof than I expected. I immediately thought this was going to be one of those tear up more, fix it and charge more than quoted deals. Was I ever wrong! In the process of tearing out the problem area, they discovered the source of the leak...a hole in my roof located far above my leak. Jordan and I went on the roof. They had found soft, wet plywood in several places and a good size hole. He explained both the problem and how they would fix it. Not only did they discover a hole, but after fixing the soft wood and the hole, they checked the slope and discovered the roof was slanted incorrectly at one area and was pooling water instead of draining. With genius engineering, Oscar, Innovatives roofing expert, changed the slope slightly to allow good drainage. The work was supposed to take a day...it took 2 days. The crew was very professional. They left the site cleaner than before they came and no roofing nails. Youd think with the extra problems and the additional day, my final bill would be twice the price quoted. It was as quoted no more. Jordan said Innovative makes the job right and he was correct. If you are looking for an honest, straightforward, and practical roofing company, these guys are your folks. They are roofing craftsman.PS. It rained hard for several days after the job...all is dry between the rooms and problems of drainage that I have dealt with for years are gone. Thank you Innovative roofing!

I really do not know how anyone could give this company a negative review. From my initial meeting with Bob to my interaction with Jose and his crew, they were top notch. I met with 7 roofers before hiring Innovative Roofing and I am so glad I chose them to perform work on our home. They were professional, eager to please and did outstanding work. If you ever have a problem with your roof and you live in the Knoxville area, you would be remiss not to contact and hire this company to either replace or repair your roof. The work they performed was worth every penny I paid them. Outstanding!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the size of your house, type of shingle, and many other variables. We offer two different financing options, and will work with you to get you a good, better, and best options that fits your budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Your initial contact will be with our Sales Manager, who will work with your schedule to set up a time to come to your home for the free estimate. Our Sales Manager will explain to you the process of replacing a roof and discuss with you all the options you have, while accurately measuring and assessing your roof. Pricing will be discussed with you once the estimate is completed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been a GAF Master Elite contractor for several years. Master Elite Certification is GAF's factory certification program that provides ongoing training to roofing contractors. Only 3% of all roofing contractors have qualified as Master Elite.
