FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the scope of work, materials required, and time needed to complete the job correctly and safely. We provide clear, upfront pricing before work begins, and no work is performed without your approval. Planned projects often qualify for free estimates, while unknown issues may require a diagnostic/service call. After-hours, weekend, or emergency services may include additional fees, which are always disclosed in advance. We offer select community discounts (such as veterans, first responders, seniors, and first-time customers). Only one discount may apply per job, and discounts typically apply to labor only. If unexpected conditions are discovered, we explain the situation, review options, and get approval before moving forward—no surprise charges.
