- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I look at the distance and the size and the rehearsal requirements. But if my quote is unsatisfactory and you think I would be a good fit otherwise, just inform me of that. I'll work with you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is key. Let's break the ice, relax, and discuss specific wants and needs. Then, we'll get organized and be on our way to as perfect an outcome as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Goodness, too much to remember. Who wants to read about somebody bragging on themselves anyway, right? But in 17 years of ministry, added to years of sales, customer service, insurance, dispatch, and travel agency experience, I have received education and training galore.
