I am not sure where to begin with what a powerful impact Ajeet and her yoga teachings have had on me! I first started with Ajeet when she did a 7 month chakra class where we met once a week and moved to a new chakra each month. Those seven months were magical for me in recentering myself, coming into tune with myself, feeling so much happier and more at peace!! I had a private session with her before I went for a big job interview, and it truly helped me to get the job. She helped me to walk into the interview with confidence, calmness, and clarity. She led a lovely yoga class on the morning of my wedding, even getting my 79 year old conservative father involved. She also led us in a beautiful chant during the ceremony! Ajeet's creative spirit, shining heart center, and sense of humor are all beautiful and enlightening to people who have the great fortune to spend time with her.

I studied Kundalini Yoga with Ajeet for 6 years and the results were beyond anything I expected. The healing from childhood trauma (PTSD) was profound. It really helped straighten out my nervous system. In addition to classes I learned new ways of parenting which are very admirable and effective and that food is medicine. It has been and still is a wonderful experience to celebrate life with Ajeet through yoga.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The 90-Day Platinum Parenting Course is $1500. This includes both private and distance sessions, including 6 in-studio sessions at Yoga Nivas, my home studio, learning and contemplation articles, daily emails and insightful mentoring for specific issues.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have a phone consult visioning session where I lead them into a guided awareness and contemplation on the desires they want from contemplative yoga and meditation practices. If they are a parent, I discuss the issues that they are having with their children and give them insightful ways to be with their children in a cooperative, loving and joyful way.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been studying Kundalini Yoga and Meditation and have a Teacher Training in this field since 1996. I am a certified and registered Yoga Alliance Teacher Trainer I have developed my own Children's Yoga Certificate training, and am registered through Yoga Alliance as a Registered Children's Yoga Teacher.
