My goal is to bring a smile to your face with each experience and my 15years a in the food service industry. Adam catered a Bachelorette Party for us and was absolutely Amazing! Working with him leading up to this night was so easy! I gave him ideas and let him go with it and he did an amazing job showing his skills!! His portions are so big!! Every single thing he made tasted soo good!! We were stuffed and somehow still found room to keep eating !! Adam involved himself with the group and made the event very laid back and fun! I can’t Thank you enough for this awesome experience!

Adam was an excellent choice for our daughter's wedding. He was quick to respond to questions and willing to work within our budget for our desired menu. I received multiple compliments on the food which he prepared much of it onsite. The food was flavorful, fresh, and generous portion sizes. He even chipped in and did other tasks that were not his job when we needed extra help with last minute issues. 'Flexible' and 'generous' are two words that describe Adam. Thanks to him and his team for a great evening!

Chef Adam was great! He assisted me with the planning of my wife's 50th anniversary. The food was great! The theme was Mexican food. He prepared a variety of appetizers, a main entrée and fried ice cream for dessert. He even made margaritas!

We certainly will be using him for any future events! Hats off to Chef Adam!
