Marlon was a gem with whom to work! He was very speedy in his response time, came and did an estimate first and worked very easily with my schedule. He ended up having to do more work than anticipated as he wasn't satisfied with his my floors looked after the initial clean. He is a perfectionist and my floors now look like they did after I bought the house. I will definitely use him again and recommend him highly.

My were very dirty and had many stains on them. Prior to calling Janitorial solutions, I had asked my maid to try and get them to look nice. I was not satisfied so I priced out some refinishing jobs, they all cost more than I wanted to spend. Marlon from Janitorial Solutions came out and suggested a deep cleaning and a waxing. My floors now look as good as new for about 1/10th the cost of having them refinished. Marlon and Janitorial Solutions are both knowledgable and professional. I strongly recommend them and I will definitely hire them again.

I would highly recommend Janitorial Solutions. Marlon was prompt, professional and did a great job. I was worried that I would have to replace my laminate floors, but Marlon came in, stripped the wax that a housekeeper had put down on them and returned them to their original state. I am very grateful for Marlon and would recommend him and his company highly!
