- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a standard pricing algorithm for each service. Pricing depends on factors such as size of the house, number of rooms and floors, distance, degree of dirtiness, period of cleaning, etc. Additional services may cost extra if the costumer has a particularly difficult cleaning job. We offer free estimates and work with your schedule, budget & cleaning needs!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our interaction with new clients is very easy and quite simple. We first obtain basic information of the place to be cleaned or organized, perform a quote for the service, and then work on the property while keeping the client up to date in every step of the way. You know exactly what is going on around your home or office.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We operate a professionally run business, and training is a very important part of what we do everyday. Each of our background checked professionals have extensive cleaning experience, hands on, and follow a standardized process to ensure that each of the provided services meet your standards and ours. They receive hands-on training in cleaning to develop their skills necessary to ensure each crew maintains the highest quality of service everyday.
