They provided same-day service with an incredibly fast response, which made a stressful situation much easier to deal with.Our HVAC system had an issue where the Air Handler drain line was clogged, causing the condensate pan to overflow and leak water onto our utility room floor. Their technician, Lee, arrived promptly, quickly diagnosed the problem, and resolved it efficiently. He didnt just stop at fixing the cloghe took the time to thoroughly inspect the system for any additional issues.During his inspection, Lee identified that our outdoor unit (3.5-ton Rheem heat pump system) was low on refrigerant. He explained everything clearly and proceeded to recharge the system with 4 pounds of R-410A, ensuring the unit would operate properly moving forward.What really stood out was the professionalism, attention to detail, and honesty. My experience with Metro State Plumbing was extremely disappointing. After the initial visit, three sinks were leaking, though the company did return to fix those issues. Unfortunately, the quality of work on the tub filler installation was unacceptable. The installer used what appeared to be an entire tube of silicone to attach the floor bracket, which failed to secure the fixture at all. The tub filler remains completely unattached, and I was not informed of this problem until I specifically asked. During the visit, the lead installer went outside to sit in his vehicle and sent a young apprentice inside to answer my questions. When I asked why the installer couldn’t speak with me directly, I was told he was “antisocial.” This level of professionalism is concerning. After making a partial payment, I was assured that someone would contact me the following day to discuss a solution. It has now been four days with no follow-up or communication. Overall, this was a poor experience from start to finish — from workmanship to customer service. I would not recommend Metro State Plumbing based on my experience.
