- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We keep pricing simple: 10% of collected monthly rent. That’s it. No leasing fees, renewal fees, admin fees, cancellation fees, or hidden charges during the lease.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a phone or in-person consultation to understand the homeowner’s goals, concerns, and property needs. From there, we walk the home, review its condition, discuss rental strategy, and create a clear plan for marketing, tenant placement, and ongoing management.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We gained years of hands-on experience working as assistant property managers for apartment communities and private investors before starting our own company. Over the past seven years, we have built Just Like Home Rentals around reliability, responsiveness, strong communication, and real results for homeowners and tenants.
