I cook for my clients as if I were cooking for my family. Meaning I use quality meats, fresh herbs, and fresh locally grown produce. Cooking is a passion for me. I do not believe in skimping on serving a quality product.
While attending culinary school, I realized how much of a passion I have for cooking. I enjoy cooking because I love creating delicious dishes and seeing the satisfaction on my customers faces. Good food brings people together.
