Each person we had an opportunity to interact with was very nice and helpful!! Couldn't ask for better service! The slide was very tall and thrilling however there was an area of the stitching that started to separate about halfway into the party. I called the representative I ordered it through to inform her. She was very nice and insisted that we continue on having a good time on it..which was very nice. However I was concerned someone would get hurt so we did deflate it. All in all everyone had a blast and did get to use the slide prior to the split. I would use this company again!!

Premier Bounce House was on time, even a little early to set up. The kids loved playing basketball and soccer inside the house. Very professional and courteous!!
