I was moving out and needed a deep clean of the house I was renting. They were very quick to respond to my message and had an available slot that worked perfect for me! They did such a good job. Honestly it wasn’t even that clean when I first moved in! I would definitely use them again!

They did an exellent job of cleaning our home that we are preparing to sell! These people are professional cleaners. We were very happy with the cleaning of the shutters, floors, bathrooms, and the kitchen. The carpets looks new. The House also smells clean! We plan to hire them again as they were a blessing to us!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Commercial clients pricing is based on either sq footage or required time to clean the building. We do offer discounts to commercial clients, that do recurring cleaning or multiple buildings. Residential clients pricing is based if you request a basic, deep or movein/out cleaning. Each of these cleaning request is priced on sq. footage, and hours needed to complete.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a phone conversation, with the actual person who needs the service. After the phone call, I like to perform a walkthrough for every job before I accept it. This is needed to make sure I understand the clients expectations/needs and the client understands what they are paying for. The walkthrough is not required but is very helpful.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am professionally trained in commercial cleaning. I received this training through a national cleaning franchise. Since my initial training 6 years ago, I have gained on-the-job experience through multiple industries and residential properties.
