- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $90-$150 hour depending on the project/issue.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Find out issue. Find out if they need remote or onsite support or would like to drop their computer off to us. In touch with client usually same day or within 24 hours for some type of update, even if there is none at all just to let them know we are still working on it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I read online articles (Pulse, PC World, Cnet, MacWorld, etc) and the only news I usually am on top of is technical in nature. I send out monthly newsletters(that sometimes go out every 6 weeks if I am too busy) that you can sign up for on my website. memphiscomputersupport.com
