Rick responded quickly with the utmost professionalism. He patiently listened to my explanation regarding my issue and he then offered me reasonable options for repair. He was able to schedule a service call immediately while working around a previous commitment. He thoroughly explained his plan for repair and was able to answer any questions. Service was prompt and repair was successful. Would call Rick again.
