Terrence and TASK Technologies have been my go to for computer repair for over 5 years. My first experience with him was in college when I bought my first laptop which had a Linux O.S. I was so annoyed that I almost took it back for a refund. However, instead Terry made it so I could use a Windows O.S. on my laptop instead. I'm not high tech savvy, but I was amazed. Terrence and TASK Tech made my life a lot eaaier in that moment and I kept that laptop for years. When I needed to purchase a new one TASK had the latest info on tech trends and was able to recommend the best laptop for me and my business.TASK Tech is a personal type of company. They have wonderful customer service, are reliable and have a lifetime warranty on their services. It's my one stop tech shop!

After a long day of searching, I received a response in a timely manner from Task Technology. The techinican was very professional in stating who he was, his affiliation, his quote, and availability all in one response. I called the office, and the secretary was able to answer and questions making me feel secure in my decision with their company. On the morning of meeting the technician, I received a text alerting me that he was headed out along with a picture of who to expect.
I give this company five stars in all areas. Availability was given to me to choose a time for the following day,the quote fitted my budget, and the work shows for itself.
