Nii installed a new power supply to my 8 y/o desktop. I was very impressed about his punctuality and professionalism, which are very important to me. His flexibility and willingness to come to me was another plus! His explanation of my pc issue was thorough and the timeframe for repairs were reasonable. I was very impressed and would not only use his services again but also highly recommend him!!!

THANK YOU FOR WORKING ME IN YOUR SCHEDULE. Nii TOOK GOOD CARE OF ME AND I AM VERY HAPPY. HE TRANSFER MY DATA TO LAPTOP BECAUSE I HAD A SICK DESKTOP. MY DESKTOP WAS UNDER WARRANTY, I AM SENDING DESKTOP BACK TO HP FOR REPAIR. I WAS AFAID MY DATA MAY BE LOSS. NOW I DO NOT NEED TO BE CONCERN BECAUSE FILES HAS BEEN TRANSFERRED. THANK AGAIN. SLDT

Nii retrieved data from a corrupted external hard drive for me and made recommendations on other hard drives that may work better.
