- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the type of service our clients are requesting. It can depend on whether the event is simple, extravagant, live flowers, silk flowers, etc. But we always try to stay within your budget and provide the very best service and an event our clients will love.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first part of the process is to provide a complimentary consultation to meet with the client. During the consultation we will let the client know the type of service and products we provide and to let the client tell us their vision.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have had project management courses and training which is very helpful when coordinating, planning an managing an event as well as continuing education courses in event planning from the University of Memphis. I have also had training and hands on training from other professional wedding planners.
