I messaged him and sent him pictures of four items that needed assembly. He responded quickly and came the next morning, which was very convenient. He asked for my budget, and I told him. He added $20, and I agreed. Once he arrived at my place, he started working on my couch. I suppose it was more challenging than he anticipated, so it took him longer than expected (almost two hours). He insisted on only doing the couch and charging me for just an hour ($50). However, even though my budget was $200, I offered to add another hour because I figured it would take him five hours instead of four, considering the longer time it took to assemble the couch and the fact that I still needed all my furniture put together. In the end, I ended up paying him $270 for only four hours of work, when he only charged $50 per hour. I must admit, I appreciate his prompt arrival and the significant time he saved me from doing it myself.

Samtech was excellent. I was contacted almost immediately after submitting a job request and he was at my house within the hour to set my new treadmill up. Setup was quick and he did an excellent job setting everything up. Will use again if a similar project is needed.
