He charged me $80. Said it would 100% not come down. A half hour later the piece fell down. Damaged the table. Piece was fine. I called someone else on Thumbtack. Nothing was wrong with Sam's mount. But the chain the painting came with was not strong enough to support the piece and Sam didn't know this (but also didn't check before giving a guarantee). The second contractor installed it in a way that the mount held at half the price. I did not ask for my money back from Sam and will not because he did the requested job. Just flagging he is not an expert in mounting heavy art if that is what you need. Uploading before and after of Sam mount and new mount. Mount came with a wire chain. Sam did not check that the wire could be supported by a hook before charging $80 to hang it on a hook. Piece feel under its own weight when the chain broke. A professional art hanger setup a mount and hung it properly. Sam's mount stood but prep insufficient.

He was great! He arrived when he said he would and finish quicker than I expected. The only reason cords are visible is because I bought the wrong extension cord. He also had a reasonable price!

He's amazing. My dad, wheelchair bound, wanted a TV mounted in his new trailer. We called Samtech, they came out and told us it wouldn't work without some modifications. We ordered a different mount, got the supplies and he came back and did a terrific job! Thank you so much!
