FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide clear, project-specific estimates based on the actual scope of work rather than using one-size-fits-all pricing. Our goal is to be transparent about labor, materials, and any potential additional costs before work begins. If unforeseen conditions are discovered during demolition or construction, we document them and discuss any changes with the customer before proceeding.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts by scheduling an initial on-site visit to discuss the project in detail, including the customer’s goals, budget, preferred style, timeline, and any specific materials or features they have in mind. During the visit, we also inspect the space, take measurements, and identify any conditions that may affect the work. After the visit, we prepare a clear scope of work and estimate. Once everything is reviewed and approved, we coordinate scheduling, materials, and the construction process while keeping the customer informed throughout the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our experience comes from hands-on residential remodeling and construction work, including bathrooms, kitchens, tile, flooring, carpentry, drywall, painting, plumbing and electrical fixture installation, exterior repairs, and roofing. We also maintain the appropriate business licensing and insurance required for the work we perform and continue learning through real-world project experience, product specifications, and current construction methods.
