- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should know that my pricing is based by on the scope of work, timeline, and budget of the project. I offer competitive pricing and am willing to work with customers to find a pricing plan that works for them. Additionally, I may offer discounts for larger projects or for customers who refer new business to me. I do not charge any hidden fees and am transparent about the costs associated with each project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process for working with a new customer is first get to know their needs and goals. Once we have a clear understanding of what they're looking for, We would then develop a plan for how to best meet those needs. This might involve discussing timelines, budgets, and important details to ensure a successful project outcome. Throughout the Project, We would provide regular updates and check-in's to ensure the customer is satisfied with the process and results
