FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer competitive flat-rate pricing for most projects, but for smaller jobs, I also offer an hourly rate to keep things fair and affordable. If you’re supplying materials, I only charge for labor. I provide free consultations to give accurate quotes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a recent trade school graduate with hands-on training in residential and commercial renovations, including carpentry, electrical, and plumbing work. I also work closely with my uncle, a contractor with over 20 years of experience, so I’m constantly learning and applying real-world skills on the job.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I recently built a custom staircase for a client’s senior dog who couldn’t get on the couch. I used solid wood, added carpet treads for grip, and stained it to match their furniture. It took about a day and a half and turned out great—functional, safe, and stylish.
