- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Generally a $75.00 service call fee for estimates... All other service fees and affordable negotiable and competitive....
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Pre access the issue on the phone to get a good idea of the problem. State my initial consultation fees up front and try to give rough estimates of the possible parts neede if the issue seems to be common... Our service is as transparent as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Two years of heating and air school with a diploma and a 2 yr degree in electronics from the Community College of the Air Force. With 12 yrs of military aircraft maintenance experience. 7 yrs of appliance and heating and air experience with the state of TN. 2-1/2yrs civilian Federal Govt experience with various agencies working in building maintenance...
