Introduction: Sorry but we will not be doing Christmas lights this year. My main focus is the quality in my jobs, over the quantity. The customer has to be satisfied before I leave. My very first job was a hardware store, so I learned my way around plumbing and electrical early. Even before then at an early age I found myself fixing things. My services include but nothing limited to mounting TVs, installing home audio, electrical, to installing security systems. My drywall skills are top notch, as well as installing doors. My current profession is low voltage. Capable of installing devices to make your home smarter, but can also hang a ceiling fan. Just reach out, I can probably spend less time naming you what I can’t do, rather than what I can.

Correctly installed the dishwasher and it functions as it should. Did arrive 30 minutes after the original scheduled time even though suggested he’d be an hour earlier. Did leave the bottom of the sink completely soaked from the dishwasher excess water and made no indication he needed a rag. I’d recommend Lee but would encourage him to improve his communication style.

Thank you for you constructive criticism. I appreciate it. However you did change the time of your appointment a day before it was scheduled. I did the best I could to accommodate you. I also texted to let you know I was running behind schedule. You said ok. As for the water under your sink I assumed you already knew that was there because there were paper towels under the sink. I’m thorough in my cleaning up process, and I would never leave water or trash behind. I’d recommend you have a conversation with whoever was under your sink prior to me. If there was a problem with my service I would have rather you told me then and I would’ve done the best I could to rectify the situation, but instead you gave me a $20 tip. Thank you for your service.

One phone call! I'm not sure there's anything this young man can't do. I initially contacted him to mount my television. While having conversations during the install, he was able to assist with 3 other issues I had.
