I try to be as thorough as possible when inspecting a home or swimming
pool. It takes me 3-4 hours, sometimes longer to do an inspection and do it correctly. Most reports are ready the same day as the inspection. I’m also available to my customers after hours for any questions they may have.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to be as fair as possible. I don’t usually get a lot of questions about prices.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
They are welcome to follow along during the inspection and ask all the question they want before and after.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We all have to be licensed and certified to do home inspections. I had two great people who trained me. The first owned one of the largest home inspection businesses in CA before he became a trainer. The second person was a licensed contractor who showed me a lot of areas that can be overlooked if not done properly. Most of my reviews are available on my website. I’ve only been with Thumbtack for a short time and do not always ask for a review.
