This was an overall BAD experience. This company does not have professional painters working for them. The job they did for us was horrific. My 10 year old, if trained in painting techniques, could have done better. VERY DISHEARTENED AND DISAPPOINTED. On top of not doing a professional job, they were paid in full but when called to correct mistakes, they failed. The came once, but forgot some areas and messed up other areas. Then they refused to come back. LET THE BUYER BEWARE! They really have a wonderfully professional PRESENTATION and demeanor, but without the SKILL to back it up.

Unknowledgeable about painting. Jeremy told me that latex based paint could go over top of oil based paint and listed in the quote that surfaces would be sanded and then painted. This prep work was not done.
All of my paint on all trim, doors, and windows are peeling!!! Grizzly painting left us with a disaster. Took their money and are not responding to email or text now.
I have had three different painters come and look at the peeling paint and it all has to be scraped back off! To fix this disaster is extremely costly.
They sprayed paint on steps even after I requested that they be masked off and protected. They did not chaulk anything and sprayed my light fixtures.
Lines are not even and many of my electrical switches were painted over.
They claimed that they knew how to paint latex over top of oil based paint and that they had sanded and restained beams in a living room before. The sanding was uneven and the job left undone and still collected payment.
Please don't use these painters and save yourself a huge headache.

looking at your job description, we did sand and prime all trim and wood in your house before painting. We provid new light covers in every job to update a rooms look.
Please call as soon as possible to schedule a time for us to come out and fix peeling areas or areas with uneaven finish or not to your liking.
