- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm very skilled and knowledgeable about what I do. I mainly use higher end products, which is why my pricing is set how it is. However, I will alert my customers in the event that I'm discounting a service or running specials
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to consult with the customer before hand. That way we can discuss any kind of skin issues, allergies, looks, services etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attend makeup workshops and create different looks on myself as well as others
