- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have one price for my basic service, the price will vary slightly based on what the client needs. I also have add on options.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always send a few questionnaires to my customer to get a feel for where they are at and what needs to be done to improve overall health, this is done during a 1 hour consult. I review the information on my own time and I come up with an appropriate individualized nutrition plan. I then follow up a week later and then 2 weeks later. Each of these follow ups are 1 hour and we use this time to measure goals and progress. I am available to my customers through email during this 3 week to 1 month program. Each person has different needs, each person is in a different place on their journey, and all people need support and encouragement.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a 4 year degree in Nutrition/dietetics as well as a coaching certification.
