Daishu was amazing! She did plated meals for a group of 18 people. We had grilled lions mane mushrooms with garlic mashed potatoes, cabbage egg rolls, strawberry short cake, spinach artichoke dip and jalapeño poppers. All the food was delicious and the presentation was beautiful. Most of the diners were not vegan and all raved about how great the food tasted. I would not hesitate to hire her again!

My experience with DownwithDaishu was extremely positive. I've ordered food from her on several occasions and it is always excellent. Her plant based options are very tasty, well seasoned and a great value for the money. My favorites include the vegan chili, tacos and enchiladas. Everything I've tried has been great and I will order again and encourage others to do the same.

When it comes to creative, plant-based, recipes, Daishu does not disappoint. I’ve stepped out of my comfort zone with some of her dishes and was very pleased with doing so. Her food is colorful and delicious. My favorite is the shroom boom soup! Daishu is professional and very easy to connect with. She has a forever customer in me.

The food was really tasty. I appreciate nutritional value was given. I was glad all I had to do was warm up the food, instead of having to prepare myself. Online ordering was easy. I will always be “DownwithDaishu!!!”
