- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Establish, provide, progress, repeat. I will work with the client to establish where they currently are and where they would like to be. Then I will provide a plan and insight to progress towards our goals. This process can be repeated easily for every individual.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started my fitness journey because I was being bullied in school. In the 8th grade, I was 5’8, 215 pounds. I wanted to empower myself, so I began to learn the crafts of nutrition and exercise. Now I try to empower others with the same information that I learned.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
High school athletes, stay-at-home moms, full time athletes, working professionals, and young up-and-comers.
