- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based off of time, not activity. Stop-in visit's (10-15 minutes) - 15.00 per 30 minute visit's - 25.00 per Each additional 10 minutes - 10.00 Same-day visit scheduling - 35.00 per Same-day cancellation - 25.00 per ☆ 2020 Promo ☆ 20.00 per 30 minute visit. Client's with five visit's in 2020 will continue to receive 20.00 rate per 30 minute visit through 2021. Thanks
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A question and answer via phone call or text. Next is a consultation. I will spend as much time needed, whether it's on the phone or in person to make sure all questions are answered. For everyone involved to be completely comfortable and confident in their decision when hiring me to care for their babies, in their house. Thanks
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I began taking care of friend's dog's and cat's because I enjoy it. My name was passed around to friend's of friend's and I eventually created KAY9INE Care in 2012.
