- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Short-term rental management is more involved than long-term rental management. I'm interacting with guests/vendors/prospects for your property daily but full-service management is only 18%.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'll message a few questions just to generally make sure that the properties would be serviceable. Then we'll schedule a time to talk so that I can best understand your situation and goals. We'll go by the property to assess onboarding steps. And if all goes well up to that point we will sign a management agreement and begin management of the property.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in property management for 11 years now. Presently manage 25 short term rentals and have managed 1000s of properties for Mid South Best Rentals.
