Available at a moment’s notice; listened and made sure she understood our needs and wants of a house; full of suggestions on how to get what we wanted; excellent communication skills when I did not understand what some realty vocabulary meant; found houses to explore that met our expectations, kept in communication with us through phone calls, email and texts; sent videos and pictures along with maps on exactly where property was in respect to our wants; watched the market to make sure we were one of the first to see a house; walked us through the buying process so we had no surprises; if there was anything asked that she was not fully aware of, would do research and ask others to make sure her information was accurate; she definitely knows her business and is very good at it!! Would highly recommend using her service for your buying and selling of property and houses!!

Mel is one of the best real estate agents in the Memphis area. She has extensive real estate knowledge and is very professional. My fianc and I visited Memphis for a job interview. We had the pleasure of meeting Mel as our tour guide of the city and surrounding areas. We were rather skeptical of Memphis based on what we had researched online and discussed with some of the locals, but Mel ultimately was our selling point for the potential big move. She was informative, a great listener, and very inviting. She really made us feel like we could make Memphis our home. We were even introduced to Mempops - yum! If I land the job, we will most certainly be calling Mel without hesitation to assist us in all of our housing needs.
