Amazing service!!! Young courteous college students. Very efficient, not a single scratch or ding on any of my furniture. Completed the move quicker than anticipated. I have dealt with lots of moving companies and after two times using the Bellhops I can firmly say that this is the best moving service I have ever used. I give my HIGHEST recommendation.

SIMPLY THE BEST!I have moved 9 times in the last 8 years, and this was HANDS DOWN the MOST EXCEPTIONAL experience I have had!Booking: The user experience from the bellhops website is so user friendly, with no extra fluff to distract or confuse potential clients- something I really appreciate when I was shopping around. Following the great website, the customer service when booking on the phone was quick, easy and the agent was very informative and friendly. They are priced competitively and fair, and knowing how great of a service I was going to receive, would have gladly paid twice the amount. I booked my reservation for help with loading a POD container 2 weeks out, but also called 2 days before to see if there was any availability to move up my losing time slot on the same day. The agent I spoke with said she would call each member of my team to check their schedule and she would let me know. I received a call from the same agent no more than an hour later with my update. Day of Loading: My team lead; Kevin texted me an hour and a half before my 2:00pm start time to introduce himself, asked if I had any questions, and offered to pick up any tools or items needed for the loading. I wasnt expecting this at all, but cant be more appreciative of the customer attention and service!Team: Kevin, Claude, and Jeffery were PHENOMENAL! They were incredibly professional, efficient and very friendly. They made a conscious effort to take care of all of our items and wrap each piece of furniture as if it were their own. Id love to give a special shout out to Kevin, as he was also making a point to teach his team as he saw any mistakes or inefficiencies, it was nice to see a strong team dynamic like that. After load: Once the team was finished and they had clocked out, I immediately received a text message from bellhops asking me to review and confirm the hours and prices. The technology used by bellhops is far above any other moving company, and being in tech myself makes me want to categorize them as a technology firm that specializes in moving. OVERALL: I wish Bellhops was in CA, so I could hire them for our unloading after our move! I love the technology used by bellhops and especially their feature to rate each customer service call through their message. LOOK NO FURTHER AND HIRE BELLHOPS!

Bellhops provided just what we needed to move our Mom into assisted living. The employees on the phone as well as the bellhops were helpful, upbeat, pleasant and super easy to work with. Highly recommend especially for easier moves!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Straightforward pricing:
You only pay for the time your move requires, with no surprises (Moves with trucks have a one-time base fee plus the hourly rate).
For moves with trucks there is a 3 hour minimum.
For labor-only moving help there is a 2 hour minimum.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Build your moving plan and schedule online or over the phone in minutes:
Tell us what you need, and we'll tailor your moving services and match you with the most-qualified movers. Book for free and pay only a deposit after 48 hours. The rest is due once your move is complete.
2) Meet your movers:
On the night before your move, you'll receive an e-mail that includes a photograph of each mover so that you’re greeted by familiar faces on moving day.
3) Relax while Bellhop carries out the job:
Your lead mover will get in touch on the day of your move to let you know your team is on its way. Once your movers arrive, they’ll conduct a brief walk-through, take note of any special instructions you have, and then get moving. You will also be provided with a QR code to clock the team in and out, giving you control over the hours you will be billed.
