If I could give FTS more than 5 stars I definitely would. Mr. Smith got out stains that other cleaners had never been able to remove. He was very pleasant, prompt and obviously good at his job. I will be recommending him to all of my friends.

Mr. Smith did an exceptional job on our carpet! He was so professional, kind, and thorough. Mr. Smith arrived early and worked for 6 straight hours until the job was perfect! What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I treat all my customers the same new and old. My new customers I like to have a friendly conversation but don't get to personal. It's good to establish a bussiness relationship with your clients.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing floors for about 18 years and cleaning carpets for about 10 years. I have worked for Memphis International Airport for the last 8 years. I have learned alot in my time at Memphis International. I have taken what I have learned and started my own business. I take pride in all my work what ever it may be. I give my all to make sure the job is done right. My number one thing is making sure all my clients are satisfied and Happy.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Working at Memphis international Airport. We did alot of floor work like stripping and waxing, carpet Cleaning, top scrubbing, pressure washing and etc..
