We've been using Hiller but have been relatively unhappy with their response time and quality of work. We needed two new outlets installed in our home and Airstream Kyle came by within 24 hrs, gave me a reasonable quote, and finished the job that I thought would be a lot more difficult. Kyle was on time, professional, and efficient. I ended up switching my annual care plan from Hiller ($249/yr for just HVAC) to Airstream ($204/yr for HVAC, electric, and plumbing) while he was here. 10/10 so far.

Very good communication and fast scheduling. Both ,tech and apprentice worked hard to resolve the issue .The troubleshooting was well implemented, and both were very respectful and took care of the property while at work .Very happy with the results and the crew .

Ryan installed our new HVAC the week before Christmas and did a great job. The thermostat for our new unit was defective, but he was able to put a temporary thermostat on so we would have heat right away until the new part was available. We should be having the correct thermostat installed later this week and so far the HVAC has been running excellent. Just updating to add that Jacob has been super helpful as well with our initial estimate and replacing the new thermostat.
