- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depending on what is needed for very basic service I charge a flat rate. Basic services include: Hardware/Software upgrades and installations. Should trouble analysis be needed I usually charge a standard hourly rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I work closely to make the client feel comfortable and assured of quality service. Courtesy, respect and professionalism is first and foremost to all my clients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a graduate of the University of Southern California with a major of Computer Science, plus more than 20 years on hand professional experience.
