General Pest Regular Maintenance Treatments are the best and most efficient way to eliminate pests for good. They are discounted, typically serviced in Quarterly increments (every three months) that include a warranty (Free Re-Services and Money Back Guarantee). One-time and specialty a la carte treatments are available as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication via phone, text, or email as to the issues, questions, and concerns the customer may have. Diagnosis, price, and scheduling is covered as well. This typically takes a few minutes depending on the questions the customer has.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have held 27 different licenses and certifications in 8 different states and have been in the pest control industry for nearly 20 years now. In Tennessee I am licensed, bonded, insured, and Thrive Pest Control is a chartered company as well.
