The whole process was seamless, painless, and very quick- Josh was super helpful for us in finding the right materials for our bathroom, Kyle (our project manager) was great about communication and planning, Carlos and the other gentlemen who worked on the project were thorough and pleasant, and the whole project was done before other contractors we talked to would even have started. I felt perfectly safe having them in my house even when I wasn't there, and it's a breath of fresh air to find contractors who are fair and honest in their dealings, who actually care about the client's best interest, and who are easy to deal with. What impressed me the most was that the whole team went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction, and we never had to ask twice for anything- when there was a hiccup in the process they rectified it perfectly, immediately. I am pretty skeptical of most contractors, having worked with roofing businesses in the past, and Footprints far exceeded my standards- I have already recommended them to family members in the area who are planning their own remodels. I would also note that their prices are incredibly reasonable- we got quotes from 4 or 5 other contractors, and Footprints was the only one that was itemized, easily understandable, and more than fair.
