Taylor and George picked up the materials for me and arrived promptly both days. They worked steadily and finished on time. They cleaned up the site and instructed us on the care of the new surface. I would not hesitate to use them again.

The person who stained and varnished the floor did a good job. However, the person who put the flooring down and put the trim down at the end dragged the fridge over the floor in a manner that left a long scratch that is quite noticeable. Unfortunately Taylor has been pretty evasive about getting it fixed. So I'm left with a floor with a major scratch in it that isn't getting fixed. What's more frustrating for me is that I asked them to be careful about how they move the fridge back for this exact reason because I've seen floors damaged like this. I would post a picture of it here for people to see if I could, so if anybody is considering Taylor and would like to see what I am talking about, please email me at christopher.eng1979@gmail.com . As long as this review remains up, you can assume it hasn't been fixed yet.

The homeowner contacted us on this issue over a week after the issue happened. We did not notice any issues on the floor and the homeowner paid us and was satsified upon us leaving the home. I did a walkthru with the customer and it was not brought to our attention at the time nor did we see this.
