Gustavo and his team were amazing. From the first time Gustavo came to bid for the job, I was a fan. He knew what he was doing. He had great references (which I am now in that club). He and his team showed up on time, got to work, and did an incredible job. They asked me a ton of clarifying questions about specific parts of the job that I was so thankful for. They had to get creative on a few sections and still they exceeded my expectations by far.Context: 6 month ago, I had my whole basement floor redone. And that team absolutely sucked. They were cheap, but I got what I paid for. My 10 year old couldve done a as better job. All to say when I had my second flood in 6 months, I was nervous about finding someone else to install my floor.I give the whole experience a 15 out of 10!
