Matt was awesome! We didn’t know where to start! Matt helped us pick out the carpet & padding. They installed it within 3 days (had to order the carpet)! And the installation only took a couple of hours! Will definitely hire them again. Very reasonably priced and very professional.

I chose this company because it's owned by a veteran. The sales people went above and beyond for us. They place samples on the floor with items to give us an idea of how it would look in our home.We were interested in getting a quote and they offered to come to our house right then to take measurements. They were a pleasure to work with.Our floors look wonderful!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don't like surprise fees and neither do you. We do our best to be transparent with pricing. Trust is the foundation of any business relationship and we work to earn yours. I do offer volume discounts and a military/veteran discount.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The sales process works best when a customer visits our showroom so we can determine what product best suits their project. Then we go through the selection and find a product you like. Next is in-home measurement and general survey. This will determine your quote. From there, we will schedule installation at your convenience.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in the flooring industry in various roles for over a decade. We strictly adhere to National Wood Flooring Association installation guidelines. Why? Because failure to do so will almost guarantee your flooring warranty will be voided. With hardwood, 95% off issues are due to installation error. Choosing an installer that is familiar with industry standards is paramount.
