- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don't like surprise fees and neither do you. We do our best to be transparent with pricing. Trust is the foundation of any business relationship and we work to earn yours. I do offer volume discounts and a military/veteran discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The sales process works best when a customer visits our showroom so we can determine what product best suits their project. Then we go through the selection and find a product you like. Next is in-home measurement and general survey. This will determine your quote. From there, we will schedule installation at your convenience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in the flooring industry in various roles for over a decade. We strictly adhere to National Wood Flooring Association installation guidelines. Why? Because failure to do so will almost guarantee your flooring warranty will be voided. With hardwood, 95% off issues are due to installation error. Choosing an installer that is familiar with industry standards is paramount.
