We have used Clip Lawn Care and Javier since early 2016 and he has always provided excellent and timely service for a fair price. He is reliable, dependable and courteous, always focused on giving us great service. When our grass did not need cutting, we have engaged him for odd jobs around the yard - things we did not really want to do but also to keep him with a paycheck. I'm sure we will be with Clip for some time to come.

You all never showed up.....even after I responded with my address and directions. This is a new subdivision and is currently not in the maps however I did give you the closet through streets with no follow up.

Didn’t finish doing job, didn’t give price until job was finished. Charged $93 to trim a small 2 ft bush and tiny yard. GM enjoys arguing. Make sure that you have pricing set in stone before they mow, that’s where I messed up. GM did give discount but I was in the phone with him for 18 minutes trying to get him to take the payment but he refused to do so and told me to hang up. Why would you hang up when you owe a company money? They also save your card info without permission(apparently all businesses do this including Walmart). Service was also agreed to be done on one day but no one showed up so I contacted them and they said it would be the following day if they had time. GM didn’t understand why not coming on agreed day was bad.

    -Customer request service -We send a quote or estimate based on the information customer provided -We ask additional information to customer (phone, address and email) -Customer check profile and estimate and provide information -If customer agree we contact the customer via phone or email with more information and scheduled the job or visit.

    Residential, our average customer's property are up to 12,000 SQ FT, and within the city limits. (Murfreesboro)
