Would not recommend this company. Called the owner as a referral and to get a quote. The owner answered initially with "who is this?" No Hello or initial greeting. I proceeded to say that I was a person interested in getting my grass cut, then his tone changed and stated he was in the middle of a job, asked me to text my address and he would come by that day afterwards, he never did. I followed up on the next day via text and he texted back stating he hadnt stopped by but immediately asked if it was a one time thing, weekly or bi weekly. I reiterated again that I needed a quote first. He came by that afternoon. Accessed the yard and texted me an amount. When I asked him if this is a one time amount, meaning is it the amount he quoted that high because of how high the grass was he texted back and went up 20.00! How is that?? When I, as a potential customer brought it to his attention he stated that his text where behind and in fact the first amount was for every 2 weeks not the first initial time as the grass was thicker on one side. Never did he put that in a text or anything. Not to mention that was not the case as he also gave that gave quote to my husband without the 20.00 add on fee. He just wanted more money! Communication skills are not good and he doesnt go on his word via text nor in person. Take note. I wouldnt rate him any stars but had to give something to comment.
