This will teach you what your body actually needs & how to make food choices in all moments of life without depending on a food tracking app to tell you. This is a great stepping stone to lead to intuitive eating - but first, we must learn! Inside my programs, nourishing your body comes first, physical/weight loss goals comes second. This means we will be focusing on a diet of nutrient dense & minimally processed foods. Health is well beyond just calories. 💃🏼 EXERCISE: There are many ways you can exercise but what matters most is that moving your body is a daily habit. We will create the exercise routine best for you, your goals, and interests - whether that's a full gym plan, home workouts, or daily walks! Christine May Wellness is unlike any other personal trainer. This isn’t your go sit in a gym and push weights. This is functional training style which is fun and faster results. She doesn’t put you on a strict diet either. If you want to not just lose weight but get stronger and have a more positive day to day life, Christine is the person to see

Christine is my coach through her app (and has been for the past 6 months) and I’m SO lucky I found her! Her workouts are tailored to fit your exercise level and she shows you how to successfully and safely modify the exercises, if you need that. Christine also provides tailored nutrition plans that have helped me lose almost 15 pounds in the last 6 weeks alone without sacrificing delicious food! If you’re looking for a life change, increase in confidence, or to gain strength, Christine is 100% the coach for you. She has absolutely changed my life!

Christine is reliable, punctual, friendly, flexible, and knowledgeable. She is also big on making sure technique is always correct to avoid injuries. I have seen major improvements in my energy levels, strength, and physique. If you are looking for a trainer who wants to help you achieve your goals then Christine is your girl.

I been working with christine may for about 8 weeks in for my 12 week plan with nutrition and exercises i purchased with her . i love the app how i can follow the exercises that she provides .. she truly does care about you ! she is the best . the mind set raring v calls are also helpful . . i had a tough week she was so positive and motivating to get me back on track .. i would highly recommend. i know more about nutrition as well thanks christine may
