- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is always difficult to tell a client how much a service will cost at the end of the day, however, we will NEVER go over the amount discussed unless the client agrees to continue with their case. We treat our clients’ money like its’ our own personal money.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing we do is give our clients a free consultation to make sure we can help them. If we can assist them, we will move to the next step of gathering all of the necessary information to work their case. We have a thorough pre-investigation process before starting the case, to help us during the case. We update the client every time we work their file because we know they are on edge most of time. All of our video has time stamps just in case it goes to court.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor’s degree from Middle Tennessee State University and years of experience in domestic, child custody, and work comp fraud. Video is the name of the game at Rhino Surveillance. We work surveillance just about every day. My partner and I have a combined experience of 40 years that is verifiable.
