When we started wedding planning, we were just feeling all over the place! We were planning our wedding from overseas so it was really stressful and also neither of us are experienced in planning a big event, so to be honest we didn't know where to get started. Classic wedding designs assistance made our wedding planning much better. We went with partial planning, and having the to-do list for each month leading up to the wedding was really helpful. We knew what had to be done and in what order. Also having the mock-up meetings over zoom and FaceTime was very helpful. We had a specific vision for what we wanted our wedding to look like, so being able to participate in the mock up meeting via zoom was essential to our success. We would recommend Classic Wedding Designs for brides who have high hopes for the big day and have strong visions. Before meeting Andrea, we felt like we were being too picky or too difficult for wanting to make the wedding day perfect. Andrea encouraged us to go for what we wanted and took care of the "making sure we had everything to make it right" which I'm very appreciative. Since we started with Classic Wedding Designs in the middle of our wedding planning (we worked with another wedding planner previously who wasn't a good fit for us) and we chose partial planning with Classic Wooden Designs, we feel like we got good value for the cost. We will definitely be recommending Classic Wedding Designs to all our friends and family who are looking for a great planner at a great rate.

Without Andrea’s meticulous planning, thorough note taking, project management experience, knowledge of the do’s and don’ts’ for weddings, connections with fabulous vendors (photographer, DJ, florist, lighting, projection company, videographer, cake maker, furniture, linens, venue, espresso bar, ice-cream etc), our wedding would not have been the fairytale that it ended up being for our families as well as our guests. It is hard describing the entire experience with Classic Wedding Designs without sounding overly complimentary, but Andrea was a perfect fit for us and her talent and ability to guide us through this process makes her one of a kind. From the first day we met, she was able to describe a timeline for our wedding and provide a step-by-step guide as to how we were to accomplish everything we wanted. She was able to assess our personalities and offer her recommendations for what could be a good venue for us (we ended up going with Fiddle Dee Farms), who could be a good florist that would be able to create a Grecian themed forest in the barn we used (and chuppah), and connect us to a DJ that she trusted to be able to create the atmosphere we wanted for our day. Throughout the year of us planning, she kept us in check of what needed to be done when (e.g. you need to order the cake now or you might not get it) and consulted us at every step on best practices (for instance, it’s best not to send your formal invitations more than 2 months in advance or people could forget about the wedding). Andrea also educated us on many aspects to weddings that I was completely unaware of (I learned you need to get your marriage license a minimum of 7 days before the wedding, if you don’t have a list of the group pictures written out they are unlikely to happen, what a Tallit was etc). She answered every question and every email when she said she would and was able to get us vendors at the last second when we decided to change our plans. Lastly and very importantly, she kept us all calm on the big day and took care of all the details/contacting all the vendors/making sure everything happened the time it was supposed to for us. We absolutely loved our wedding and many of our guests repeatedly told us how incredible the event was. This is all thanks to Andrea and her team and we could not be more grateful we found her.

Aundrea was the absolute dream wedding planner - from day one until we said our "I do's" and beyond! She sent us projects to keep our planning process interactive week after week, plus hooked us up with a team of vendors that exactly matched her professional standards. We hired Classic Wedding Designs for full service planning and I am so glad that we did. Aundrea helped us from the beginning and because of her and her team, our wedding day was fantastic. She was able to put us in touch with the best vendors that worked for us and on the day of the wedding they took care of everything, and we didn't have to lift a finger. She helped us run errands when we couldn't and every time we had a question she answered it thoroughly and with a smile no matter how many times we asked. Even when our caterer called us the day before to say that they couldn't be at the final walkthrough, Aundrea did what any good wedding planner would do and contacted the vendor to make sure that they would indeed have a representative there the next day and they did! Going above and beyond doesn't even begin to explain it. I still don't know how she did some of the things she did, but we are eternally grateful, blessed and most of all impressed.

Our pricing is customized based on the needs of the client and the complexity of the event.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a prospective client contact reaches out to us, we begin with a consultation that we try to keep to 30 minutes or less. During this consultation, we chat with the client to get a better understanding of what their needs are for their event and whether or not we are good fit for each other. Once the consultation is over, we follow up with a custom designed quote based on the information we are able to gather during the consultation. Once the client accepts the proposal, we then move forward with contract signing and onboarding.

I am a certified wedding planner in both domestic and international events.
